Big fan of Henry and all his work. I acquired a copy of The Ballard of Syd and Morgan in The shop’s Secret Santa basket at Christmas which was ceremoniously lowered from the ceiling for me to take my lucky dip. What a joy it was. I’m a big fan of both of Syd and Morgan and lived in Cambridge for four years. Gentle and poignant, I think I had a smile on my face throughout the read.
